The Robot Coupe C80 is a compact, heavy-duty countertop automatic sieve and pulp extractor designed for efficient preparation of fruit coulis, purées, vegetable mousses, sauce bases, bisques, and fish soups. Its continuous-feed system separates seeds, pits, skins, fibers, shells, and other unwanted material without crushing them, helping produce smooth, ready-to-use pulp and purée.

The C80 features a stainless steel construction with an induction motor and a high-speed paddle system. The continuous waste ejection system keeps processing efficient by automatically removing skins, seeds, fibers, and other waste while the finished product is discharged separately. The included 1 mm perforated basket provides fine straining for a wide range of commercial food-preparation applications.
