The Robot Coupe C120A is a heavy-duty continuous-feed automatic sieve designed for professional kitchens, restaurants, and food-production applications. Its 1 HP induction motor operates at 1,725 RPM and provides efficient separation of pulp from seeds, skins, pits, fibers, and other waste materials. The machine can process up to 275 lb. of product per hour.

Built with stainless steel components, the C120A is designed for continuous operation and easy cleaning. Its stainless steel hopper accepts washed fruits and vegetables continuously, while the separate waste-ejection chute removes skins, seeds, pits, and fibers as the finished puree, coulis, sauce, or soup preparation is discharged. A 1 mm perforated basket is included for fine sieving.
