Robot Coupe C120 Automatic Juice Extractor Continuous Feed Sieve

The Robot Coupe C120 is a heavy-duty floor-standing automatic sieve designed for professional kitchens and food-processing applications. It is ideal for producing fruit purées, coulis, vegetable mousses, sauce bases, bisques, fish soups, and other preparations by separating seeds, pits, skins, fibers, and bones without crushing them.

Its continuous-feed system allows washed ingredients to be processed efficiently without requiring them to be peeled, seeded, or pitted beforehand. The machine continuously ejects the finished pulp through one chute while waste such as skins, seeds, pits, shells, and fibers is discharged separately. A 1 mm perforated basket is included for fine sieving.
