The Omcan double freestanding narrow drawer warmer is a great choice to keep your food warm and ready for service. Each drawer is spacious to fit a full size food pan of size 12" x 20" x 6" which comes with the product (for each drawer). Its freestanding design lets you fit the drawer warmer anywhere in your kitchen, and the unit is designed specifically for deep countertops.

Each drawer has a separate thermostatic control that provide the flexibility to adjust heating temperature in the 80-220 degrees Fahrenheit (27-104.4 ºC) range. The drawer is finished with a 1" thick fiberglass insulation and built-in drawer gasket that retains heat inside for energy efficiency. The durable stainless steel construction is designed taking into consideration its frequent use in a busy kitchen environment. The drawer warmer is equipped with a vent control feature ranging from 'dry' to 'moist' that allows to adjust the humidity levels in the warmer.
