The Winco NB Series Nylon Pastry & Basting Brushes are designed for professional baking, pastry preparation, basting, glazing, and general foodservice applications. They feature durable nylon bristles suitable for basting meats, glazing pastries, and applying butter, sauces, oils, and other liquid ingredients. The bristles are epoxy-set to the ferrules, helping prevent bacteria from collecting around the bristle attachment area.
The series includes flat, round, and concave-with-hook designs. The hooked models can rest on the sides of pots and pans during use, while the nylon bristles are heat resistant up to 300°F (150°C). The brushes are dishwasher safe for convenient cleaning in commercial kitchens.
