Powered by 46,000 BTU through two high-efficiency burners, the oven utilizes a dual-speed convection fan to circulate heated air evenly throughout the cavity for uniform baking and roasting. The solid-state digital controller with Cook & Hold functionality allows precise temperature adjustment from 150°F to 500°F, while the interior oven light and double-pane thermal tempered glass doors make it easy to monitor cooking progress without opening the doors.
Constructed with a polished stainless steel exterior and porcelain enamel interior with coved corners, the oven is engineered for durability and easy cleaning.
