The Marchia MTRS6 is a compact refrigerated countertop prep display designed to keep chilled ingredients organized and visible at the point of service. Its folding glass surround protects the pan area while providing a clean merchandising presentation.
The 2.4 cu. ft. unit includes eight 1/6-size pans, digital temperature control, automatic defrost, eco-friendly R290 refrigerant, and a standard NEMA 5-15P plug.
