The Hoshizaki KMH-2100SWJ3 Water-Cooled Crescent® Cuber Icemaker is a high-capacity commercial ice machine designed to deliver consistent performance in the most demanding environments. Capable of producing up to 2,000 lbs of crescent-shaped ice per day, this powerful unit is ideal for hotels, stadiums, restaurants, catering services, and other high-volume operations. For businesses that need even more, two units can be stacked to double ice production in the same footprint.
Built with KMEdge™ stainless steel evaporators, the KMH-2100SWJ3 produces Hoshizaki’s signature crescent-shaped ice cubes—pure, hard, and slow-melting, making them perfect for beverages, displays, and food preservation. The CycleSaver™ design ensures maximum output with fewer cycles, while the EverCheck™ alert system provides timely maintenance notifications, reducing downtime and operating costs.
Crafted with a durable stainless steel exterior, this water-cooled, stackable, 3-phase icemaker is engineered for efficiency, reliability, and longevity. It requires a three-phase, 208-230v/60/3 electrical connection and is compatible with the Kloppenberg 2115 ice bin and dispenser (sold separately).
