This commercial ice machine produces up to 1,371 lbs of crescent cube ice per day, making it an excellent choice for establishments with high demand.

Engineered with KMEdge™ stainless steel double-sided evaporators, it produces Hoshizaki’s signature crescent-shaped ice cubes – known for their purity, hardness, and slow melt rate, ideal for beverages and food displays.

Built with a durable stainless steel exterior, the KM-1340MRJZ is designed for long-lasting performance. The unit includes advanced features such as the CycleSaver™ design for energy efficiency and the EverCheck™ alert system for easy maintenance. For added convenience, the CleanAssist feature streamlines the cleaning process, extending the lifespan of your machine.

This remote-cooled commercial ice maker requires a single-phase 208-230v/60/1 electrical connection and must be hardwired on-site. If a neutral connection is not available, a transformer kit (HS-5030) is required.

Compatible with Hoshizaki storage bins and dispensers (sold separately), including B-500, B-700, B-800, B-900, B-1150, B-1300, B-1500, and B-1650, this unit offers versatile storage solutions for your operation.
