The Hoshizaki FS-1501MLJ-C Serenity Series Remote-Cooled Cubelet Icemaker delivers reliable performance with the ability to produce up to 1,386 lbs of cubelet (nugget-style) ice per day. Cubelet ice is the preferred choice for restaurants, bars, and healthcare facilities because it chills drinks quickly, absorbs flavors, and provides a soft, chewable texture that customers love.
Designed for quiet operation and reduced heat output, this Serenity Series remote-cooled ice machine enhances comfort in any kitchen or service environment. Built with a durable stainless steel exterior, it also features the Advanced CleanCycle24™ system and a greaseless bearing auger, making cleaning and maintenance simple while extending the machine’s lifespan.
The FS-1501MLJ-C is perfect for high-volume operations and can be paired with a variety of beverage dispensers. For even greater output, two units can be mounted side-by-side to double ice production.
