Designed for efficiency and durability, this modular water-cooled flaker features the Advanced CleanCycle24™ system, which automatically performs a 2-second rinse every hour to reduce sediment buildup and ensure cleaner ice. Its greaseless bearing auger construction reduces maintenance needs, while the stainless steel exterior provides long-term durability in demanding commercial environments.
With the ability to mount two units side-by-side for double production, the F-1501MWJ is a versatile solution for businesses with heavy ice demands. It also includes infrared bin control for reliable operation and easy cleaning, and is compatible with a wide range of Hoshizaki ice storage bins and dispensers (sold separately).
