Product Description
Doyon’s BTL Planetary Mixers feature the most powerful mixers in this size range. They feature a belt driven motor, up to 5 HP, with overload protection for the highest flexibility and efficiency as well as the lowest maintenance cost possible. They come with 20 mixing speeds for precise mixing and a 99 minute timer. A hydraulic bowl lifting system is a standard feature. 100 and 140 quart capacities.

- Slow to start and ramp up speeds to prevent bowl spillage and safe incorporation of ingredients
- Includes all stainless steel bowl, dough hook, flat beater and whip
- Quick-locking anti-vibration device
- Available in lead-free white enamel coated carbon steel frame (standard) or stainless steel construction (optional)
- Easy to use, digital controls with 99 minute timer and seven programmable speed and time settings
- Safety features: hydraulic bowl lift, stainless steel safety guard, emergency stop button
- Thermally protected motor
- Integrated bowl drain for easy cleaning
- Bowl dolly sold separately
- 100/140 Quart Capacity.
