Doyon’s E236 Series double door roll-in proofers accommodate roll-in racks of various sizes. They provide uniform proofing with an even air flow system that precisely mixes heat and humidity to product exceptional results. They can proof bagels, pastries, breads, rolls and more!

- Automatic water fill system (no water pans to fill)
- Glass doors and brightly lit interior to view proofing without opening the door
- E236 has space for one rack on one side and shelves on the other
- E236TLO has space for 4 single racks or 2 double racks (side loaded)
