Product Description
The Atosa ATMG-36 is a heavy-duty 36" countertop manual gas griddle designed for professional commercial kitchens. It features a 3/4" thick polished steel griddle plate, three 30,000 BTU burners, and independent manual controls for each 12" section.
Available in Natural Gas or LP configurations, the griddle includes standby pilots, a stainless steel grease drawer, adjustable stainless steel legs, and a 3/4" NPT rear gas connection with regulator. Both gas options provide 90,000 BTU/hr total output, with different inlet and regulator pressures.
