Its stainless-steel cabinet holds chilled toppings and ingredients close at hand without occupying floor space. Select a glass rail for visibility and protection or a stainless-steel cover for a lower-profile preparation area. The unit accommodates six 1/3-size, 6-inch-deep pans, sold separately, and connects to a standard 115V outlet.
