The Cleveland KET20T tilting kettle holds up to 20 gallons and cooks items at temperatures ranging from 145 to 260 degrees Fahrenheit. When the products are ready, the unit’s design enables the kettle to be manually tilted for pouring. Its large pouring lip helps with pouring chunky products and large quantities. It has precise, solid-state temperature controls alongside its LED heat cycle and low water indicators on the control panel. The control panel’s water-resistant design protects these integral components from spilled liquids.

The Cleveland KET20T tilting kettle is constructed of 304 stainless steel, making it durable and easy to clean. The reinforced, rolled rim resists damage to provide additional strength. Its 50-psi stem jacket enables cooking at high temperatures and is filled with treated water that needs no refilling. The heating elements are welded in to avoid leakage and are protected from water damage by a double gasket seal. Since the unit is self-contained, it is simple to install with only an electrical hookup.
