The Cambro Ultra Camcart® UPCH16002HD Electric Hot Food Holding Cabinet is engineered to safely transport and hold hot food at proper serving temperatures in demanding commercial foodservice environments. Built with a rugged double-wall polyethylene shell and thick polyurethane foam insulation, this heavy-duty insulated food carrier is ideal for restaurants, hotels, catering operations, healthcare facilities, banquet halls, schools, and institutional kitchens. Powered by a 220V electric heating system, the UPCH16002HD delivers consistent vent-generated heat circulation to maintain serving temperatures between 150°F and 165°F (65°C–74°C). The cabinet preheats in approximately 1 hour, recovers temperature in about 3 minutes after the door is opened, and can safely hold food for 4+ hours when unplugged. It accommodates up to 24 full-size 2-1/2" deep food pans, while the airtight gasket minimizes heat loss and simplifies cleaning.
