This removable insulated shelf creates independent temperature zones inside the cabinet, allowing operators to transport hot and cold foods simultaneously while maintaining safe serving temperatures. It can also be repositioned to reduce empty cavity space and improve temperature retention in partially loaded carriers, making it ideal for catering, healthcare, institutional foodservice, banquets, and commercial kitchens.
