The Cambro Commercial Versa Dish Caddy is engineered to safely store, organize, and transport stacks of round and square plates in high-volume foodservice environments. Its durable one-piece polyethylene body resists rust, dents, cracks, and chips, while the open "poker chip" design allows quick loading and unloading of dishes. Designed for restaurants, hotels, banquet halls, catering operations, healthcare facilities, schools, and institutional kitchens, this mobile dish caddy improves efficiency during meal service and warewashing operations.

The caddy features a self-leveling dish platform that automatically raises dishes as they are removed, reducing bending and speeding up service. It accommodates 5 columns of round plates up to 9-1/2" or 4–5 columns of square plates up to 8", with an overall load capacity of 500 lbs. (227 kg). Molded-in handles, 5" front swivel casters with brakes, and 10" non-marking rear wheels provide smooth maneuverability, while the included vinyl cover keeps dishes protected during storage and transport.
