The Cambro Camshelving® Universal Storage Rack Starter Kit is designed to transform stacked food pans, sheet pans, trays, food boxes, and pizza dough boxes into organized, easy-to-access vertical storage. Engineered for compatible Camshelving® Premium Series and Elements XTRA Series shelving, this starter kit maximizes storage efficiency while improving workflow in busy commercial foodservice environments. It is ideal for restaurants, hotels, bakeries, pizzerias, healthcare facilities, schools, cafeterias, and institutional kitchens.

The starter kit includes two rail panels, mounting brackets, and installation hardware to create a complete storage section. Seven integrated rails spaced 2" apart accommodate full-size food pans, sheet pans, trays, food boxes, and pizza dough boxes while eliminating the need for stacking. Each rail supports up to 30 lbs., with each panel supporting up to 120 lbs. Constructed from rust-proof composite materials, the rack is safe for temperatures from -40°F to 350°F (-40°C to 177°C) and is easy to clean in a commercial dishwasher.
