Product Description
The CookRite ATCB-48 is a 48" countertop charbroiler designed for high-volume commercial grilling applications. It features stainless steel construction, four 35,000 BTU stainless steel burners, independent manual controls, heavy-duty reversible cast iron grates, and adjustable multi-level top grates.
The charbroiler includes lava briquettes for heat distribution, adjustable stainless steel legs, and a 3/4" NPT rear gas connection with regulator. Natural Gas and LP configurations are available as variants, with 4" w.c. NG and 10" w.c. LP intake pressure.
