Atosa ATHC-9-P 9-Pan Heated Insulated Holding Cabinet – 120V

The Atosa ATHC-9-P is a commercial heated holding cabinet designed to hold nine 18" × 26" pans while maintaining food at adjustable temperatures. It features stainless steel interior and exterior construction, full insulation, an easy-to-read LED display, and a clear polycarbonate door with a 90° stay-open feature.

The cabinet includes a humidifying water tray to help preserve food moisture, integrated pan slides, a removable control drawer for easy cleaning, and four pre-installed casters with two locking wheels. It operates on 120V power with 2,000 watts and provides a 90°F–220°F temperature control range.
