Atosa ATHC-18-P 18-Pan Heated Insulated Holding Cabinet – 120V

The Atosa ATHC-18-P is a commercial heated insulated holding cabinet designed to hold eighteen 18" × 26" pans. It features stainless steel interior and exterior construction, adjustable heating from 90°F to 220°F, a clear polycarbonate door, an easy-to-read LED display, and 1.3" clearance between slides.

The cabinet includes a humidifying water tray to help preserve food moisture, full insulation to reduce heat loss, integrated slides, a removable control drawer, and four pre-installed casters with two locking wheels. It operates on 120V power with 2,000 watts and includes a 6-foot power cord.
