The Arctic Air AST60R Sandwich Prep Table offers a spacious 15.5 cu. ft. capacity in a 61" two-door design, making it ideal for high-volume sandwich and salad preparation in commercial kitchens. It features a full-length 11 1/2" deep cutting board and a refrigerated top that holds up to (16) 1/6-size food pans for organized ingredient storage. Built with a durable stainless steel front and sides and a white ABS interior with a stainless steel floor, it ensures long-lasting performance and easy cleaning.
