Idli/Dhokla Trays  is made of Stainless Steel. Many restaurants, kitchens, and catering locations buy extra Stainless Steel Idli/DhoklaTrays for use with Regular Idli/Dhokla Steamer Box during busy times.
Please note that these trays will not work with Idli Steamers made in Chennai ( as those boxes are wider and deeper). These are designed to work with Idly/Dhokla Steamer Box sold by us only.
