Seal in heat and prevent oil splatter with the Winco ALPC-16 Elemental Aluminum Pot Cover for ALST-16, ALHP-16. Designed to fit snugly on compatible Winco stock pots (sold separately), it helps maintain the desired cooking temperature and prevents heat from escaping.

Thanks to its riveted handle, it allows for easy and safe lifting and removal of the cover even when using a hot pad or towel. Made from high quality 3003 aluminum, this pot cover will not warp or bend even in high temperatures. To clean and maintain, this cover must be hand washed only.
