The Adcraft MTA-10 aluminum meat tenderizer is built for pounding, flattening, and tenderizing beef, poultry, and other meats in commercial kitchens. Its 2 3/4-inch square head has two textured sides with different-sized points, allowing operators to work with a variety of cuts and preparation needs.
Heavy-duty aluminum construction supports frequent use, while the wide handle provides a secure grip and extra leverage. The tenderizer is retail packaged and NSF certified.
