The Adcraft ICS color-coded disher provides consistent portions for ice cream, cookie dough, batter, rice, mashed potatoes, and other prepared foods. The rubberized plastic handle is comfortable to grip during repetitive service, while each handle color identifies a specific portion size.
A two-piece thumb-lever mechanism releases portions cleanly from the stainless steel bowl. Nine available sizes cover portions from 7/8 ounce to 4 2/3 ounces for restaurants, bakeries, cafeterias, and institutional kitchens.
