Its heavy-duty stainless steel body includes a 20-gauge 18/8 stainless steel well that accommodates full-size food pans up to 4 inches deep.
The adjustable thermostat reaches 212°F for warming, defrosting, and slow cooking. A steel element support reflects heat toward the pan for even distribution, and the unit preheats to 180°F in approximately 10 minutes.
