The Adcraft FW-1500W 4/3-size food warmer provides expanded holding capacity for buffet lines, catered events, cafeterias, and busy restaurant service. Its heavy-duty stainless steel exterior and 20-gauge 18/8 stainless steel well accommodate food pans up to 4 inches deep.
Adjustable heat control maintains serving temperatures above 140°F, while the steel element support promotes even heating. The unit preheats to 180°F in approximately 14 minutes and connects to a standard 120V outlet.
