Product Description
The Adcraft FW-1200W full-size countertop food warmer keeps prepared foods at safe serving temperatures for buffets, catering lines, cafeterias, and restaurant service. Its heavy-duty stainless steel body includes a 20-gauge 18/8 stainless steel well that accommodates full-size food pans up to 4 inches deep.
An adjustable thermostat controls holding temperature from 120°F to 190°F. The steel element support reflects heat toward the pan for even distribution, and the unit preheats to 180°F in approximately 12 minutes.
