Adcraft EST-240/PCB Cutting Board and Stainless Steel Shelf

The Adcraft EST-240/PCB adds a preparation and service surface to the Adcraft EST-240 water bath steam table. The 57.25-inch-wide polycarbonate cutting board is mounted on a stainless steel shelf and spans the front of the steam table for convenient plating and ingredient preparation.

This is an accessory for the EST-240 steam table; the steam table is sold separately.
