The Adcraft EST-240 electric water bath steam table holds and serves hot food at consistent temperatures for buffet lines, cafeterias, catering operations, and self-service restaurants. Four top openings accept full-size 12-inch by 20-inch food pans.

The heavy-duty stainless steel body includes a fully welded 304 stainless steel water pan, immersed 3000-watt heating element, thermostatic control, low-water cutoff sensor, 3/4-inch drain, adjustable legs, and storage undershelf. The unit ships knocked down and requires assembly.
