Adcraft electric salamander broilers provide powerful overhead heat for melting cheese, browning casseroles, finishing entrées, broiling proteins, and toasting sandwiches. The series is available in 2800-watt and 4000-watt models to suit different production needs.
Stainless steel construction, independently controlled heating elements, infinite heat controls, and an adjustable upper housing provide flexible finishing. Each unit includes a removable drip tray and cooking grate and can be used on a countertop or mounted to a wall.
