Product Description
The Adcraft DF-6L/2 dual-tank electric fryer allows two different foods to be cooked simultaneously without flavor transfer. Each removable stainless steel tank holds 6 liters of oil and has its own heating element, thermostat, indicator lights, basket, and power cord.
Independent temperature controls adjust from 120°F to 370°F, while high-temperature safety cutoffs and microswitch protection support safer commercial operation. Each tank can produce approximately 15 pounds of fried food per hour.
