The Adcraft DF-6L is a compact single-tank countertop fryer for preparing fries, appetizers, seafood, and other fried foods in restaurants, concession stands, cafés, and catering operations. The removable 6-liter stainless steel tank includes oil-level markings for convenient filling and cleaning.
Independent thermostatic control adjusts from 120°F to 370°F, and an overheat sensor automatically cuts power if the oil reaches an unsafe temperature. The fryer includes one basket with a collapsible cool-touch handle, a protective element grate, and a stainless steel cover.
