The Adcraft ACIB75016 MixStik PRO is a heavy-duty commercial immersion blender built for soups, sauces, purees, vinaigrettes, and other large-batch preparation. Its 16-inch fixed stainless steel shaft reaches deep into pots and containers with a blending capacity of up to 35 gallons.
A 1 HP variable-speed motor reaches up to 18,000 RPM, while the rubberized grip and hands-free continuous-ON function support comfortable extended operation. The sealed shaft and blade are dishwasher safe, and a wall-mount bracket is included for convenient storage.
