The Adcraft ACIB35010 is a commercial immersion blender built for blending soups, sauces, purees, vinaigrettes, and dressings directly in containers up to 10 gallons. Its 10-inch fixed shaft and variable-speed motor provide flexible control for restaurant and commissary prep.
The stainless steel shaft and blade are sealed and dishwasher safe. An ergonomic rubberized grip and hands-free continuous-ON function help reduce fatigue during longer blending tasks.
