The Southbend TVES/20SC TruVection Electric Convection Oven is a low-profile, double-deck oven designed to meet the needs of high-volume commercial kitchens. With electronic ignition and solid-state thermostatic controls, it offers precise temperature control ranging from 150-550°F. This oven includes a 60-minute mechanical cook timer, interior light, and a cool-down fan for optimal performance. Each deck has three racks and features a porcelain oven interior for easy cleaning. Built with durable stainless steel for the door handle, front, sides, and top, and equipped with 6" legs, this oven is both efficient and easy to install. It features two 1/2 HP motors and two 7.5kW power outputs, ensuring reliable operation. The oven is CSA and NSF certified and qualifies for Southbend's Service First™ Program, offering peace of mind for maintenance.
