Constructed with durable stainless steel, the griddle features a 0.5" thick plate with splashers on the sides and rear to contain splattering. The three 5.3-kilowatt heating elements allow cooking temperatures from 250°F to 850°F, giving you precise control over your cooking.

The unit also includes thermostatic controls to set temperatures accurately and ensure consistent results. The stainless steel cabinet base features removable doors that open from the center, offering easy access for storage.
