This modular design allows you to add the unit to a counter, refrigerated base, or freezer base, boosting your cooking capacity without occupying additional floor space. The stainless steel construction ensures durability and resistance to rust and corrosion. The control knobs enable you to easily adjust the heat to high, medium, or low, or turn off the hotplates as needed. A 9.25" deep front rail offers extra workspace, while the fully insulated lining and burner box help maintain efficiency. The 5" stainless steel flue riser directs heat and smoke away from the user for a safe and comfortable kitchen environment.
