The Southbend P24C-GG Platinum Heavy Duty Range offers a 24" griddle with manual controls and a cabinet base for convenient storage. Powered by four 16,000 BTU burners, the 1" thick griddle plate ensures heat retention and reduces preheat and recovery time. The unit includes a 9.25" deep front rail for extra workspace and splash guards on the sides and rear to prevent spills.

Built with stainless steel for durability, the range features adjustable 6" legs and a fully insulated burner box. The grease drawer is removable for easy maintenance, while the 5" high stainless steel flue riser helps clear heat and smoke from the workspace.
