The Southbend P18N-F Platinum Heavy Duty Gas Range is an 18" modular unit designed to enhance your kitchen’s efficiency while saving space. Ideal for installation on counters or refrigerated/freezer bases, this range features a removable French hot top powered by a 35,000 BTU burner, capable of reaching up to 900°F at the center. The front includes a 9.25" deep rail that can be used as an additional work surface.

Built with stainless steel front, sides, rear, and exterior bottom, this range is highly durable. The fully insulated lining and burner box ensure optimal temperature control and cooking efficiency. Additionally, the 5" stainless steel flue riser directs heat and smoke away from the user, ensuring a safer, cooler workspace.
