The Southbend P36D-GGC Platinum Heavy Duty Range combines a 24" griddle, 12" charbroiler, and standard oven in one 36" gas unit, offering versatility and increased production capacity for any commercial kitchen. The range is built with stainless steel front, sides, exterior bottom, and 6" adjustable legs that resist rust and corrosion, ensuring durability. The 24" griddle has four 16,000 BTU burners and a 1" thick plate that retains heat for faster preheating and recovery, while splash guards protect nearby equipment. The removable stainless steel grease drawer makes cleaning easy.

The 12" charbroiler is equipped with two 16,000 BTU burners and cast-iron grates heated evenly by stainless steel radiants, providing up to 600°F for perfectly charred meats. The grates are removable and adjustable for customization. The oven, with a 45,000 BTU cooking power, features thermostatic controls for precise temperature adjustment (175°F to 550°F), a porcelain enamel interior, two racks, and five rack positions for versatility in baking.
