The Southbend P36N-HHH Platinum Heavy Duty Range is a 36" modular gas range featuring three 12" uniform hot tops, offering 96,000 BTU of cooking power. Each hot top is powered by two 16,000 BTU burners, and the unit is built with stainless steel front, sides, rear, and exterior bottom for durability. The removable steel plates can reach up to 700°F, perfect for various cooking needs. The unit also includes a 9.25" deep front rail and a 5" stainless steel flue riser to direct heat and smoke away from the user.
