The Southbend P12N-H Platinum Heavy Duty Gas Range is a 12" modular cooking solution designed to boost production in tight spaces. With its uniform steel hot top and manual controls, this compact range features two burners, delivering a total of 32,000 BTUs of cooking power. The high setting can reach 700°F for precise temperature control. The hot top is ignited easily with a piezo ignition button, allowing for quick startup.

Constructed with durable stainless steel for long-lasting use, the range includes stainless steel front, sides, rear, and exterior bottom, along with a 9.25" deep front rail for extra workspace. The 6" adjustable legs ensure stability on uneven floors, and the fully insulated lining and burner box concentrate heat on the burners for efficient cooking. A 5" stainless steel flue riser helps keep the kitchen environment safe and comfortable by drawing heat and gases away from the user.

This heavy-duty range meets CSA Flame, CSA Star, and cCSAus standards, ensuring reliability and safety.
