Southbend H4361A-2TR Description
The Southbend H4361A-2TR is an ultimate restaurant range, available in gas/electric configurations, designed for flexibility and durability in your kitchen. It features a 36" wide, 37” high cooking top with (2) non-clog burners, standard grates, and a 24" griddle on the right side with thermostatic controls. The electric hybrid convection oven includes (3) racks, and the unit also comes with a 22-1/2" flue riser with a shelf. Constructed with stainless steel front, sides, and shelf, this range is easy to clean and maintain. It includes 6” adjustable stainless steel legs (casters are optional).
This range features a standing pilot for open top burners and battery spark ignition for the oven. It also includes a front-located manual gas shut-off and a factory-installed regulator for safety and control. The unit has a 27” deep cooking surface, and the center-to-center distance between burners is not less than 12”. A removable one-piece drip tray is included for easy cleaning and grease management.
