Ultimate Restaurant Range, gas/electric, 36", featuring (2) non-clog burners with standard grates, a 24" griddle on the right side, and a standing pilot. It includes (1) electric hybrid convection oven with battery spark ignition, and (3) racks. The unit also has a 22-1/2" flue riser with a shelf, stainless steel front, sides, and shelf, along with 6" adjustable legs. The total BTU is 114,000. It meets cCSAus, CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF certifications.
This commercial range is available in both gas and electric versions, providing a versatile cooking station with a 36" wide, 37" high, and 27" deep top. It features a standing pilot for open top burners and battery spark ignition for the oven. The oven interior is double-sided with full porcelain enamel for superior cleanability and corrosion protection. It includes coved corners for easy cleaning and enhanced airflow to eliminate hot/cold spots. The unit also has a front-located manual gas shut-off and a factory-installed regulator.
