The Southbend 4366C Ultimate Restaurant Range is a 36" gas range featuring three star/sauté burners in the front and two Pyromax burners in the rear. It includes a cabinet base for added storage and a 22-1/2" flue riser with a shelf. With a stainless steel front, sides, and shelf, and 6" adjustable legs, this range provides a total of 179,000 BTUs. It is CSA and NSF certified for safety and quality, designed for durability and ease of use in high-demand commercial kitchens.
