The Southbend H4366D Ultimate Restaurant Range is a versatile 36" gas/electric range designed for demanding commercial kitchens. Featuring three star/sauté burners in the front and two Pyromax burners in the back, it offers a cooking surface that’s 27" deep for efficient food preparation. The unit also includes an electric hybrid standard oven with one rack, and a 22-1/2" flue riser with a shelf. Built with stainless steel front, sides, and shelf, it comes with 6" adjustable legs for stability and easy cleaning. This range delivers 179,000 BTUs of power and is CSA and NSF certified for performance and safety.
